About Me

I am a passionate foodie and cheese groupie fresh out of college with a bit of nutrition and science background, a sampling of experience and a mountain of passion for learning about food and food culture.  I’m not an expert per se, but I do know what I’m talking about. Throughout my college career I spent my spare time cooking, eating out all over the city and researching food, it’s chemistry and it’s nutritional effects.  As a family taught cook, I’ve been cooking and baking since I was young, and I have a tendency to experiment quite a bit.  I am also a great lover and consumer of cheese and often make my own yogurt and cheese.  This blog is a way for me to share my love of food with others who feel the same (and maybe stop annoying my friends so much).  Gustino!     • No, I dont think I have been to king’s corner. Where is it exactly? And thanks for the Ashland correction! Silly mistake.

      Your site is great by the way! Did you do it all through wordpress? I’m starting to do some cooking and things for families in Mass, and I’ve been thinking about turning my blog into more of a professional site, like yours. Any pointers you can give me?

    You asked: I first made the “Parker House Rolls” (does anybody know where that name came from because I would like to know)
