mmmmm Gelato
Well I’ve been pretty bad about the La Sorbetteria flavor update, because I’m on my last 4 flavors…tomorrow or the next day I will have tried every single flavor on the menu! Wow! All I have left is Nocciola del Piemonte, Crema di Caffe, Limone di Sorrento, e Fragola Italiana. I’ve tried all the original Crema and Dolce flavors. All of them were fantastic, it just depends what nuts you prefer.
Dolce Emma
I’m a big fan of the pinoli so Dolce Contagio (with cremino di pinoli e rhum e noci italiane di Sorrento pralinate) is a favorite. I’m also a big fan of the mascarpone and ricotta based flavors like Dolce Emma (with crema finissima di ricotta e uova e fichi caramellati al mosto d’uva e miele) and Cremino Eduardo (crema elisir di mascarpone, ouva e S.Marzano e pinoli italiani interi caramellati). Also the Yogurt flavor is a beautiful simple and fresh flavor, I love it in combination with Emma, Eduardo or Contagio.
